Delete your account

This page is about the Vroom app (iOS, Android and web) by Konstantinos Mavrelis (“Notixv”).

To delete only some data and keep your account, see the Data deletion request.

In the app

  1. Open the Vroom app and sign in.
  2. Tap the More tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email notixvdigital@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. If you no longer have access to that address (for example you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”), send us your business’s VAT number and we will ask you to confirm. We complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details, including your Sign in with Google or Apple tokens.
  • Your business and team details, stored AADE credentials, settings and notification tokens.
  • Your vehicles, customers and notes. (Plate photos are never stored; they are deleted right after reading.)

What is kept, and for how long

  • Invoices and tax records, for as long as tax law requires (as a rule five years from the end of the tax year), then deleted.
  • Our own invoices to you, for the same reason.
  • Backups, for one year after deletion; used only to recover from a failure, then permanently deleted.
  • Anything already transmitted to AADE is held by AADE; we cannot delete it.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel it in the store’s subscription settings. More in the Privacy policy.
