Terms of use

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These terms (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Konstantinos Mavrelis (Κωνσταντίνος Μαυρέλης), a sole proprietorship trading as “Notixv”, Ioannou Glyka 33, 82200 Vrontados, Chios, Greece, VAT number 172802117, GEMI number 180012159000 (“Notixv”, “we”) for the use of the Vroom app for iOS and Android, the web app, the website and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1. Who may use it

The Service is for businesses and professionals, mainly those required to keep a Digital Client Registry (for example repair shops, parking lots, car washes, vehicle rentals). You must be at least 18.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you scan licence plates, record vehicle and customer entries and exits, issue invoices and transmit them to AADE (myDATA and the Digital Client Registry) using your own credentials.

  • The Service is a tool. We do not give tax or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and for meeting your obligations.
  • Plate recognition is done by an artificial intelligence system and can be wrong. Check the plate before saving the record.
  • Transmission depends on AADE’s systems. We are not responsible for their outages or changes; when a transmission fails, the app tells you so you can retry.

3. Account

You sign in with Google, Apple or any other method the app offers. You give accurate details, keep your device and account access secure, and tell us immediately about unauthorised use. You may add employees; you are responsible for what they do through your business’s account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Prices. Prices and plans are shown in the app before purchase, excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
  • Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. If a purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play, Apple’s or Google’s billing and refund terms also apply.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the price then in force, unless you cancel before renewal in the app’s billing section or in the subscription settings of the store you bought from.
  • Cancellation. After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Periods already started are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.
  • Invoice packages. Packages include a set number of invoices per period. Unused invoices do not carry over unless the plan says so.
  • Price changes. We notify you at least 30 days before any increase; it applies from your next renewal.
  • Non-payment. If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend the Service until it is settled.

5. Your data and your customers’ data

The data you enter belongs to you. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service. For your customers’ data you are the controller and we are the processor; the Data Processing Agreement in section 15 applies. You confirm that you have a lawful basis for the processing and that you inform your customers as the law requires. How we process your own data is described in the Privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes or to record false data; access other people’s accounts or data; reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent security measures, except where the law expressly allows it; overload the Service or scrape data automatically; resell the Service without our written agreement.

7. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your business’s needs and in line with the app store’s usage rules. The app, software, trademarks and our content remain ours. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services (AADE, Google, Apple, Stripe). Their use is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for how they operate.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Support: hello@notixv.com.

10. Warranties

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions, or that plate recognition will always be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data, or fines caused by incorrect data you entered or by your failure to meet your obligations. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your or your employees’ breach of these Terms or of the law, or from data you entered without a lawful basis.

13. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (app: More → Delete account, or the Delete your account page). To delete only some data, use the Data deletion request. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach the Terms, with prior notice where reasonable. Before deletion you can ask for a copy of your data. After termination, data is deleted as set out in the Privacy policy.

14. App store terms

Apple App Store. If you downloaded the app from the App Store:

  1. These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
  2. The licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. The app may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where those rules allow it.
  3. We are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
  4. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
  5. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or its use, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  6. If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  7. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be directed to us: Konstantinos Mavrelis (“Notixv”), Ioannou Glyka 33, 82200 Vrontados, Chios, Greece, hello@notixv.com.
  9. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app (for example your mobile carrier’s or network’s terms).
  10. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Play. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

15. Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR)

For your customers’ data that we process on your behalf:

  1. Subject matter and duration: providing the Service, for as long as the relationship lasts.
  2. Types of data: licence plates, vehicle details, name, phone number, entry and exit times, notes, invoices. Data subjects: your business’s customers.
  3. We process the data only on your documented instructions (given by using the Service), unless the law requires otherwise.
  4. Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality.
  5. We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures (section 14 of the Privacy policy).
  6. We may use sub-processors (section 9 of the Privacy policy) under equivalent obligations. We inform you of changes and you may object.
  7. We help you respond to data subject requests and meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR.
  8. We notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting you.
  9. At the end, we delete or return the data, except what the law requires us to keep.
  10. We give you the information you need to demonstrate compliance and allow reasonable audits, with prior notice.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may change the Terms. For material changes we notify you at least 30 days in advance, in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you may cancel.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions that apply in your favour.

18. General

If any term is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Not exercising a right does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may do so as part of a merger or acquisition.
